Turn the belt conveyor switch to the "on" position, observe if the belt is running off, and adjust the tension bolt to make it correct.

開機前，依據(jù)間隔框寬度，松開打膠頭緊定螺栓，調整兩擠膠頭的間隔距離，調整時，要使框的對稱中心、兩個小壓輪寬度的對稱中心、兩打膠頭的對稱中心重合（此項只有在間隔框寬度改變時進行調整），調整完畢緊固螺釘。

Before starting the machine, loosen the fixing bolts of the glue head according to the width of the spacing box, adjust the spacing distance between the two glue heads. 工作前溫度調節(jié)： 因各廠家生產丁基膠規(guī)定的加熱溫度及工藝參數(shù)不同，所以設定打膠座溫度一般為120－140度，膠缸溫度為110－120度（此值僅作參考），待加熱溫度達到設定值15－30分鐘后，方可打膠。
