1.主動(dòng)打膠機(jī)點(diǎn)膠量不合理；一般來說，咱們?cè)诮o任何產(chǎn)品點(diǎn)膠的時(shí)分都應(yīng)該遵從一個(gè)原理那就是全主動(dòng)打膠機(jī)點(diǎn)膠量的巨細(xì)不超越焊點(diǎn)之間距離的一半，如果超越這個(gè)點(diǎn)膠量可能引起不良率添加。
1. The amount of active dispensing is unreasonable; generally speaking, when dispensing any product, we should follow the principle that the amount of active dispensing does not exceed half the distance between solder joints. If the amount of active dispensing is exceeded, it may lead to bad rate addition.
2.主動(dòng)打膠機(jī)的點(diǎn)膠壓力的操控；全主動(dòng)打膠機(jī)點(diǎn)膠時(shí)壓力越大，點(diǎn)膠量越大，點(diǎn)膠壓力越小，點(diǎn)膠量越小，咱們應(yīng)該歸納膠水特性、溫度、環(huán)境等要從來合理設(shè)置。
2. 4.
