1、打膠機(jī)壓盤冒膠
1. Rubber tapping from press plate of glue beater
①升降壓力太大。

②桶太大了，不適宜，客戶在采購時(shí)，先量一下本人的打膠機(jī)壓盤大小，如今市面上機(jī)器壓盤有三個(gè)規(guī)格的，560mm，565mm，571mm.

③壓盤密封圈損壞變形，老化發(fā)硬，改換新的膠圈。

3、固化速度太快或太慢

①夏季氣溫較高，膠固化的速度會(huì)快一點(diǎn)，可依據(jù)狀況，把比例尺往數(shù)字大的方向調(diào)一點(diǎn)→（10，11，12，13，14），冬季氣溫較低，膠的固化速度會(huì)慢一點(diǎn)，可依據(jù)狀況，把比例尺調(diào)小一點(diǎn)→（9，8，7，6）
(1) Higher temperature in summer, faster curing speed of glue. According to the situation, we can adjust the scale to the direction of big numbers (10, 11, 12, 13, 14), lower temperature in winter, slower curing speed of glue. According to the situation, we can reduce the scale to (9, 8, 7, 6).
②A、B組份比例未調(diào)理好，A、B組份比例應(yīng)按10:1（體積比）停止混合。各個(gè)打膠機(jī)比例表尺上顯現(xiàn)的比例和實(shí)踐出膠的比例有偏向，有的打膠機(jī)調(diào)到14：1，可是實(shí)踐出來的只要10：1，所以這一點(diǎn)就要靠操作人員去判別，一桶A組份膠（白膠）是剛好配一桶B組份膠（黑膠）。假如B膠用得多，膠干得快，把比例尺向大的數(shù)字調(diào)→（10、11、12、13、14），假如B膠用得少（膠干得慢，不夠黑，發(fā)灰），把比例向小的數(shù)字調(diào)→（9、8、7、6）。
(2) The proportion of component A and B is not adjusted properly, and the proportion of component A and B should stop mixing at 10:1 (volume ratio). There is a bias between the proportion shown on the scale of each glue beater and the proportion of glue produced in practice.
